Your service contract will be billed once a year, and as soon as you pay your bill, we’ll schedule an annual inspection of your home’s equipment at no extra cost. During your service visit, we’ll inspect your water heater and fixtures keeps them operating at peak efficiency. Most plumbing emergencies are preventable, and we’ll leave no stone unturned to find potential trouble areas. If you live in a larger or older home, you may want to consider a service plan that includes more than one inspection a year.
Priority Service and Discount Pricing
All of our contract holders receive a 10% discount off our flat rate prices for all service calls, and your agreement price cannot be raised during the effective dates. We’ll always provide you a detailed estimate of all required repairs, and receive your approval in advance. And if you ever have an emergency, we’ll be there, rain or shine!
