Experience – The number of years that a company has been in business doesn’t tell you everything, but it tells you a lot! There are definitely a lot of new companies out there that do some great work, but there’s simply no substitute for experience, especially if the job suddenly becomes more complicated than you originally expected!
Flat Rate Pricing – We bill for our services by the job, and not by the hour. This enables us to be more transparent when estimating and billing. This is becoming more and more common for skilled labor, and allows for consumers to make informed hiring decisions. You shouldn’t automatically assume that a company is crooked if they bill by the hour, but even when the number of labor hours is agreed on beforehand, if something comes up and the job winds up taking longer, your bill can very quickly spiral out of control!
